SERVICE AGREEMENT
By using www.24hourFSBO.com to list and sell your property, you
agree to all terms and conditions contained or referenced in this agreement, the
"Service Agreement."
We are committed to helping you sell your property as a FSBO
(For Sale By Owner), saving you thousands in commissions. You agree that by listing
your property information on www.24hourFSBO.com, buyers will be buying directly
from you, the owner, and that you are not obligated to pay a percentage of the sales
price to a listing broker or buyer’s agent. Our property web listing is FREE. Your
listing will appear on www.24hourFSBO.com until your home is sold or until you request
termination of this agreement.
Eligibility
By listing your property on www.24hourFSBO.com you assert that you are the legal owner of the property you are selling. The listing is for one property only and is non-transferable. This listing shall not be used to advertise personal property that is not real estate. All information you provide for your listing is subject to the US Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 as amended.
Refunds
You may cancel your listing at any time you choose. Since our property web listing is Free there are no refunds.
Updating your listing
You agree to maintain the information of your listing by promptly altering it to reflect the most current conditions (for example: “Under Contract”).
Sign Policies
www.24hourFSBO.com will provide you with, professional yard signs for a fee to be used for the duration of your listing. The sign will be delivered to you upon ordering by a local representative or by mail. Property owner's will be responsible for following all the local sign laws and installing the signs upon receipt.
All other signs ordered (directionals, and open house signs) are to be placed by you, the customer. 24hourFSBO.com is not responsible for any fine or penalty resulting from unlawful sign placement. It is your responsibility to locate underground utilities for the installation of your Yard Sign.
24hourFSBO.com is not responsible, in any instance, for damage to any underground utilities, sprinkler systems or invisible fences due to the placement of the Yard Sign. You agree to place no other real estate signs or have no other real estate signs placed by others anywhere on your property during this agreement with www.24hourFSBO.com.
End of service
You agree to notify 24hourFSBO.com at info@24hourFSBO.com immediately following the real estate closing so that we may pick up our signs and change the status of your property on our site to “Sold”. If for any reason you decide to cancel your listing, please notify us at info@24hourFSBO.com so that we remove your property info and collect our signs. When your property is sold, it will remain listed on www.24hourFSBO.com as “Sold” for six months. Please read our Privacy Policy.
