Fsbo Tips For Safety and Security
Fsbo sellers should always get a potential buyer's name and phone before setting an appointment to see your home and then call back to verify that number. An easy way to do this is as follows: “Let me check with my husband/wife to see if that time works and I will call you back to confirm.” Use this method to confirm regardless of situation.
When making a flyer to advertise your home, a Fsbo seller should, limit any information that might breech security. For example there is no need to put your full name or complete property address.
Fsbo sellers should never give potential buyers information on your daily your schedule. Never tell a potential buyer when you won’t be home, when you pick up the children from school, your work hours, vacation plans, etc.
