How do real estate commissions affect your EQUITY?
(Jan. 11/2008)
OK, let's look at the true reality of the cost of real estate commissions. When looking at all the numbers and breaking them down, you will be shocked. For example let's assume you are selling a home $400,000 after living there for 2 years. You owe $320,000 and you pay a real estate firm 5% commission to sell the home. Your equity in the home is $80,000 and you are paying $20,000 in commissions based on sales price. That in reality totals 25% of the equity you have in the home and I am sure that figure is somewhat shocking. There has to be a better way to retain more of your equity and at
www.24HourFSBO.com
we offer a way for you to retain upto 99% of your equity with the above example.
