Our motto is "No Commissions!" We are not affiliated with any real estate agencies, nor do we refer our clients to any. Our homes are not listed on local MLS. We bypass the local MLS because we want our clients to avoid all commissions, including those paid to a buyer's agent.

So who is 24hourFSBO? The company was co-founded by Michael Ranger, a former real estate broker with many years' experience in selling residential properties. Michael understands that the work involved in selling a property doesn't measure up to what real estate agents make when they sell a home, and he also understands that an agent's commission comes directly out of the seller's pocket. For Michael, a better way is to teach sellers how to sell their homes for sale by owner and succeed.

Ashley Sheppard is 24hourFSBO's other co-founder and he specializes in search engine marketing and optimization. His experience with Internet marketing will help 24hourFSBO's clients reach the buyers who are searching for homes.
